  • How does the class work?
    The class is a 1-on-1 online private lesson via Zoom. You will get to learn real Thai that natives actually use and sound more natural than learning from textbooks. I'll use my 6 years of experience to get you fluent faster than anyone else. The booking is flexible, you can book anytime you're available. So, no worries at all if your schedule is unpredictable, just make sure you reschedule or book the class 24 hours in advance.
  • What will I get?
    When you enroll in the Personalized Plan, you'll receive: Class recording video. Screenshots of the class. Flashcards with sounds. Homework assignments. Personal feedback and corrections on your homework. Personal contact for any questions you might have.
  • What is a " Personalized Plan"?
    A "Personalized Plan" is your tailored educational roadmap crafted to meet your specific needs, goals, and learning pace in our 1-on-1 Thai class. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, your personalized plan considers your strengths, weaknesses, preferences, and objectives. This plan offers customized resources, exercises, feedback mechanisms, and milestones, ensuring that you progress effectively and efficiently. The aim is to deliver a focused, relevant, and impactful Thai learning experience tailored just for you.
  • What's your availability?
    Monday – Friday 9 AM – 9 PM Bangkok, Thailand – Indochina Time (GMT+7) Saturday 9 AM - 4 PM Bangkok, Thailand – Indochina Time (GMT+7) Note: Bookings close 24 hours before the session starts.
  • How long does each class take?
    Trial lesson lasts 45 minutes. One-on-one private lesson lasts 60 minutes. Double lessons are available as well.
  • What payment options are available?

  • Can I get a refund? (Money-Back Guarantee Policy)
    Yes, you do have a guarantee. Your satisfaction comes first! Money-Back Guarantee Policy A refund is applicable within 24 hours of your first lesson, you have the right to cancel your package and receive your money back by writing a request with written notice via email only. Please note that lessons purchased cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances. If you haven’t used all the lessons within the specific months of your package after purchasing, those unused lessons are lost to you and will not be refunded.
  • How can I book my lesson? (Booking and Cancellation Policy)
    For paid students, you can book on the " Class Booking" page. You can book your lesson instantly or book it later anytime. Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking, cancellation and rescheduling a lesson must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson begins. Please cancel or reschedule in ‘Class booking’ page. Cancellation/rescheduling less than 24 hours, your lesson will be deducted from your package. No compensation or rescheduling will be provided. If a student is more than 15 minutes late or no show without priority notice, the lesson will be canceled. A no show lesson will be deducted from your package. No compensation or rescheduling will be provided. If a lesson is canceled by a teacher/reached an agreement to reschedule under any circumstances, a make-up lesson will be arranged.
  • Can I cancel or reschedule my lesson?
    Yes, you can. Cancellation and rescheduling a lesson must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson begins. Please cancel or reschedule in ‘booking page’. Cancellation/rescheduling less than 24 hours, your lesson will be deducted from your package. No compensation or rescheduling will be provided. If a lesson is canceled by a teacher/reached an agreement to reschedule under any circumstances, a make-up lesson will be arranged.
  • What happen if I'm late for a lesson or no show?
    If a student is less than 15 minutes late, there is no problem, and the time will simply be deducted from the full lesson time to avoid scheduling conflicts. However, please notify the teacher as soon as you can if you are going to be late. If a student is more than 15 minutes late or no show without priority notice, the lesson will be canceled. A no show lesson will be deducted from your package. No compensation or rescheduling will be provided.
  • What devices and programs do I need for learning Thai online?
    I highly recommend learning Thai online with a desktop computer, laptop or tablet with at least a 2 MB download and 1 MB upload speed. If you have headphones that would be ideal. The online lesson will take place via ZOOM, you can sign up for free. Please make sure to install the services and create an account before taking a lesson. The session link will be sent to your registered email 24 hours before the class starts.
  • What if I've technical problems and I have to stop or pause my lesson?
    In the case that there is a technical issue, such as a bad internet connection or a cut in electricity, or any IT-related issues, please contact teacher Vella directly to reschedule the class. If the teacher’s internet connection goes down, or there are any emergencies that require the class to be canceled, you will be offered to retake the lesson with no extra charge.
